Each year we kick the season off with the Coaches Night Tailgate Fundraiser. This event is open to players, parents, family and friends. The event includes a buffet style meal, raffle items, coaching forum, and photos. It takes place immediately following the Parent Kick-Off Meeting. More information will be available prior to season kick-off.
Parents are asked to donate desserts for the event.
Raffle items include sports memorabilia, hotel stays, restaurant gift cards, gift baskets, spa packages and more. If you have raffle items or if you would like to bring a dessert, please contact Monica Brown.

We welcome you to donate items used for our silent auction and raffle. Examples include gift baskets, restaurant gift cards, spa certificates, jewelry, electronics or sports items. No item is too small!
All donations/donors would be listed on the website and recognized during the event.
The title sponsorship is $2,500. This sponsorship will directly benefit our student-athletes and helps offset the event costs.
The title sponsor will receive recognition during the event, on the website and all social media.
