senior night 2026

Varsity Senior moms are invited to participate in mom/son dance during the pep rally.  Moms will practice a choreographed dance prior to the event.  Click the link for more information.

Wednesday, September 30th

Senior Night will be the Wednesday Night of Homecoming Night - Sept 30 2026. This will be a time where your son and whatever family members want to walk the field with him will participate. Your son will be announced, and the announcer will announce who his parents and siblings are, his plans for his future, and his favorite football memory or advice to the underclassman. Then the family will shake hands with Coach Schmidt and get a picture on the field. The pictures are usually great from this evening. Most families will have parents and siblings walk with the athlete and have grandparents and other family in the stands watching. However, you can have grandparents or other special family members on the field with your athlete. It is your son’s choice. More information will be sent closer to the event but please save this date in your calendar. 

Varsity letter jackets must be ordered in person for proper measurement and sizing.  

Balfour will be in cafeteria for lunches a couple times a semester. See front office for dates

Packets are also available in the front office

 Senior Banners will be purchased around the 1st week of the semester.  These run about $50. The boys will take pictures with Bushman Studios  at media day and a gallery will be sent to the boys. Most boys purchase a senior banner. They will hang on the stadium fence before games. Every player will get their senior banner back at the Varsity banquet. You will pay Steve Bushman directly. 

During playoffs, we will have player signs created that will be placed outside the field house prior to each playoff game.  Volunteers are needed to assist with putting up signage.  More information will be provided later in season on how to order your sign.

Senior Profiles are for social media posts and information for them will be shared with Seniors.

Varsity players will be invited to attend position meals (times/dates vary) as well as the Thursday evening team meals.  

Hosted at Grace Bible Church across the street from Consol and catered by a local restaurant every week.
