COMMNUNICATIONS/PHOTOGRAPHY VOLUNTEERS

GroupMe App

We utilize the GroupMe App to communicate with parent volunteers. These communications are used to update parents on schedule updates, game-day traffic, location changes, game-day attire, or other game/practice items.

Newsletter Coordinator

The newsletter coordinator will draft and send a weekly newsletter through Smore. This newsletter is sent to parents and family members of players. This will require gathering information from coaches, administration, and volunteers.

Consol Football Web Page

The Consol Football website is utilized to update fans, family and players on important information related to the football program. The web coordinator is responsible for maintaining the site and updating with football updates, news, photos and other information.

Photography Volunteers

Photos will be taken at Freshman, JV and Varsity games. Typically photos will include players, cheerleaders, Bengal Belles and other game activities. Photographers are needed for Freshman, JV and Varsity games. Coordinators will post photos on Flikr and those will be linked to this web site. Photographers will obtain press passes from Wendy Hines or Meghan Symank.
